Chad Green Update 1

Sadly Chad Green is still in a coma. Got some word today that he was moving around a bit. Movements in his legs and arms. Thats a good sign. Here's the story so far as we know it.

Chad and friends were at a party Saturday night and around 3am Chad decided to go grab some food at the McDonald's on University and McClintock. Still no word on if he was drinking or not before that. He was then t-boned by a drunk driver, Brian King, 43 of Mesa.

Chad was thrown into the passenger seat due to him not wearing a seatbelt. This is where he suffered his head injuries.

The doctors put him in a medically induced coma so they could try to control the swelling in his brain. He is on a respirator and is doing much better than yesterday.

At this point in time there is no talk of parallelization or anything like that, that can sometimes go along with head injuries, but he continues to have swelling in his brain which brings up the fear of brain damage. Hopefully nothing permanent.
